Where this comes from. Road conditions come from UDOT Traffic in Utah, CDOT’s COtrip in Colorado, MDT 511 in Montana and Nevada 511 in Nevada, refreshed every few minutes. Wyoming and Idaho road reports are on WYDOT 511 and Idaho 511 for now. Weather, snow totals and alerts come from the National Weather Service forecast for a point at each ski area, refreshed about every 15 minutes; the elevation of that point is shown on each card, and conditions on the road below can be warmer or wetter. None of these agencies can guarantee their data is accurate or current. Always check before you go and drive for the conditions you see.
